How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Newscapeproshop Septic wants each homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You may write to us about:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Newscapeproshop Septic
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider you were connected with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work, and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your septic system, sewer line, or plumbing, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who fall short again and again may be removed. Know that Newscapeproshop Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make choices for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@newscapeproshop.property and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help too.
